The Animal Shelter has been performing its regular activities. The Shelter team has done remarkably this month with over two hundred and fifty spaying and neutering of dogs and over one fifty cats. This is the highest recorded number of spaying this year in one month. Thanks to Dr. Deo Pandey and team.

The Animal Birth Control (ABC) Programme has been going in full swing at the Shelter. Almost every day, the Animal Birth Control Prg. is being conducted as there are many owner dogs who need to be spayed. The KAS team calls owners a day prior to ABC if their appointments are booked. Some of the rescued street dogs too are sterilised on ABC day. This way, a little donation is also raised.
